ILE Visa for child born out side UK

Hi All,

The parents of the child were granted ILR on May 2015 and i am looking for some clarifications on the points below.

1. Non-British child of a parent (granted or currently applying for permission to be in the UK on or after 9 July 2012) - Is this the correct application category to be used.
2. Do we have to fill in appendix 1 and 2 documents while submitting the application. The updated documentation on the site says that these are required to be applied for people who has permission to stay in the UK as a partner or parent given before 9 July 2012

It is appendix 1 for a child.

Hopefully your wife has kit been away from the UK for 2 or more years.

My wife has gone to india this year and her ILR is still valid.

As per the documentation for appendix 1 it says that

Use this form if you are outside the UK.

You can use this form to come to the UK as the:

adult dependant relative of a person who is present and settled in the UK
adult dependant relative of a person with permission to stay in the UK as a refugee or under humanitarian protection
child of a settled parent or with one parent who has permission to stay in the UK as a partner or parent given before 9 July 2012

Also on appendix 2 am i still required to submit this supporting document.
