Post by Irfan1648 » Fri Dec 27, 2019 10:42 pm

Hi everyone ,
I am British Citizen And my Wife is eu/British Citizen, we have hâd my parents Visas ( eu Settlement scheme family permit ) they will be travelling in feb or march, my mum is 65 dad 67, my question is can my younger brother who is 26 apply for a visa to assist my parents to come to Uk and also to see my child who is three year old he has never met him since.
My brother is not married but has good job in Pakistan .

Can anyone assist me with this, would that be okay to apply for my brother visitor visa and explain them on sponsorship letter why he is travelling or is there any other type of visa he needs to apply ?

This forum has really been very helpful all the time , I hope I will get solid answer

Thank you

That won't make any basis for success as you and your family should be enough to assist them while they will be visiting you. He will have to apply visitor visa where his social ties with back home will be checked which can be evidenced by having any property in own name, savings, business etc.

That may make the case weaker as the parents are already travelling to UK and you & your family is also already here.
