Settled status after litigation getting residence document.

Hi, i got residence document as an extended family member of eu national on behalf of my sister/ brother, i am continuing living more then 6 years in uk, applied for extended family member visa in Jan 2015, my case remain in litigation due to sala case, after 4 years HO sign the consent order, how my clock will Start for settled status?
