ILR maternity, paternity, shared parental or adoption leave

Post by aravindmohana » Mon Dec 30, 2019 11:12 am

Hi,

I am filling my ILR application form and came across this question "Are you on maternity, paternity, shared parental or adoption leave?"

I have taken maternity leave in the past. If I enter No (since I am currently not in maternity), it doesn't allow me to enter the dates I was on maternity. Should I just select 'Yes' and enter the past days in the start and end dates?

Thanks a lot!

The question is about currently being on the leave, not a date in the past!!

Thanks for your reply! even I thought the same.
If you say "No" there is no option to input the maternity leave taken in the past. Is that Ok?
