You should claim UC, if you have a child with a health condition you should claim DLA for that child. Please contact Citizens Advice help to claim (click).bizman wrote: ↑Tue Jan 07, 2020 11:21 pmThanks for your response Amber,
My children ages are 15, 14, 11, 9, 7, 5. My wife is not working at the moment, she is looking after my sickle child full time, although she is planning to work self employed soon. We own our house but pays mortgage.
Many thanks
When you say loan the company £140k, where is that coming from, do you have external savings separate from the company?bizman wrote: ↑Thu Jan 09, 2020 2:06 pmThe 200k was investment into the company and it has actually gone. I had to loan the company another 140k to still be ongoing. I am presently building a block of 3 flats which would be sold and 5he money will be reinvested less my loan to the company. I expect about 250k from the sale.
According to your last statement, this will be disregarded as it is basically for my trade. Kindly confirm.
That is correct. You can request they book you a face to face appointment for you both, they will complete the application for you and advise you about the business.
