Urgent ( evidence of monthly housing cost

Post by Kindsoul » Thu Jan 09, 2020 8:41 pm

Hello everyone,
We are going to apply next week for SET (M) however stuck at one question: the evidence of monthly housing cost.

We are required to provide eveidence of monthly cost.

I have a mortgage with Nationwide bank but i have not received the yearly mortgage statement yet. I have spoken to them and they said you will be receving it by 31st of January which will be too late as we are applying next week. I have the yearly mortgage payment statements for year 2017 and 2018 but i guess they are more interested to see the recent one for 2019 which i have not received yet.

In that case can i use my Santander bank statements as i pay my monthly mortgage payments from this bank .
Will it be sufficient and acceptable?

Hope i have been able to present my situation and question well.

Thanks everyone in advance.

Regards
