Pre Settled Status

Hi ,
I am a non-eu citizen residing in the UK since 2011. Am I eligible to apply for Pre Settled Status or is it only for EU citizens?

No you don't as you hold a Tier 2 General visa based on your previous posts.

Settled and pre-settled status is only for EU citizens and their family on the EEA/EU route.
