It would be a three year extension - you would just pay the amount that is calculated online

Put May 2020. It doesn't matter what you put in as the extension is granted only for three years and IHS for three years must be paid

Dear Gurus,
I am on applying for ILR through Tier1 Ent route and PBS dependant ext for my wife as she has not completed her 5 years yet. We both have the visa till May 2020. My qus is as we both are applying now so can I mention on her cover letter that ** Consider my application when my partner ILR is approved** If yes how would that work I mean case worker will consider her application when mine is approved OR in worst case He/She will consider both application together.
Please guide me on this.

Her application will only be processed once your ilr is approved. If your ilr fails, her extension application will also fail.

Thanks CR001... It means If ILR fail still Her application would be considered even her visa is valid at that time.. I mean They will not just return the application and refund her app. fee..

If your ilr is refused, her application will also be refused. She doesn't qualify for an extension if you don't apply for one or get ilr.
