BRP collection

My wife has just been granted a spouse visa and the 30 day vignette is from 25/1/20 to 24/2/20. If she arrives on February 22nd can she still pick up her brp on the 24th of feb which is the last day on the vignette?

On decision letter (if any) you may find a date when it will be ready to collect and also the instructions to collect it.

You have the leeway of picking up BRP within 10 days of arrival in UK.
