I’m going to see my solicitor on Monday,I’ll update you
Please do mate. and I hope that's not the case. We have already suffered a lot.
Ahmad didn’t get right to appeal to Supreme Court ,can’t do a JR on this matter .judges asked to report this matter in COA .

However I was told that COA is not bound by it’s reported decisions ,we are making further submissions explaining why decision had legal errors etc ,it might take few months to get a reply .looks like this is end of the road for now

Hi Everyone
Good News, granted my ILR LR after my appeal allowed by First Tier Tribunal on 7th of June. I received my approval letter, BRP and passport yesterday.
The surprise was no argument at all in my case, Home Office withdrawn their original desicion, presenting officer said in front of judge they withdraw appeal and withdraw original desicion and again reconsider my application.
8th of June I received letter from court that Home office withdrawn appeal, yesterday I recieved approval letter BRP and my Passport.
Thanks everyone !

Sorry for my late reply.
As far as the CoA tracer shows Juned Ahmed case is still in the permission stage and yet to be decided.
but I have been to the FTT on the 13th of this month. the HO used Mausam Ahmed case as a precedent. and my appeal was dismissed in 3 days.
No one seems like having success at CoA at the moment unless you guys have any news.
FTT and UT are not listening to us.

We have a dedicated sticky post on SET(LR) and paragraph 39E: indefinite-leave-to-remain/ilr-10-years ... 21-60.html
As of now, the Ahmed's case is still standing and so nothing has changed. I lock this post in favour of the dedicated post on the same subject.
