Few questions for FLR(M) Extension

Hi everyone,

My spouse will be applying for their FLR(M) extension in March (Current Visa expires end of March) and I had a few questions that I was hoping someone could help with. The questions are:

1. We're meeting the financial requirements through cash savings. The problem is that it's an online bank and there's no regular correspondance or statements. I can request statements to be sent and I have been doing over the past few months, however these seem to be a cover letter statement detailing my account and then the list of transactions over the past x months requested. Are these acceptable documents?

2. We'll be moving into a new place right before we apply - I couldn't find much information on what is required for proof of suitable accommadation, but will the tenancy contract suffice? The place is quite small (Studio in London) but it's suitable for 2 people.

1. Maybe, what they will be most interested in is whether the account balance is maintained, presumably this is listed in the statement? The requirement for banks statements in Appendix FM-SE of the immigration rules is that they "be:
(1) on official bank stationery; or
(2) electronic bank statements which are either accompanied by a letter from the bank on its headed stationery confirming that the documents are authentic or which bear the official stamp of the issuing bank on every page."

2. Yes if you are both named in the tenancy agreementt. See from page 19 on the guidance document linked below discussing accommodation:
