MN1 form Passport expiring in Less than a month

Hi Members, I am new to this group this is my first post, need your valuable advice . I am applying MN1 for my daughter. I filled the online form during verification i noticed that her Passport expiring in 3 weeks. Is it ok to make application with the current passport(expiring on 18/02/2020) or do i need to renew it and apply for Naturalisation? If i Apply with the current passport Are They gonna refuse the Application because of the Expired passport During the process? Please give your Valuable Advice Thanks..

Was the child born in the UK or abroad?

Child Born outside the UK.. Applying under Parents got British citizenship.

Needs to be valid at the time of application ideally.

Does the child hold ILR??
