ILR Biometric Card Renewal

Hi everyone,

My daughter's ILR biometric card has expired last year and I got an appointment for the renewal at a UKVAS centre in mid October. Until today I haven't back from the home office. Is there a contact to call or email to check on the application status?

BRP card renewals can take up to 6 months.

This is the statement on the document check list;

"You should receive a decision on your application within 8 weeks of submitting your on-line application. We will contact you if it will take longer to process your application."

Is there anything I need to worry?

A BRP replacement is NOT an immigration application. It takes nearly 6 months as stated above

Finally we have received our daughter's new ILR BRP. It was a total of 18-week wait from her UKVCAS appointment in mid-October 2019.
