Tier 1, critical questions for my case

I granted Tier 1 on 30 May, 2019 (for 3 years and 4 months till 30 September, 2022), I did the following:

1- I registered my company in company house only on June, 2019 (and now six months have been passed and not yet have National insurance number nor registered in HMRC “because it is still in process”)
Q: is this reflect any thing in my future extension or settlement?

2- From 30 May, 2019 (the date I granted the visa), until 30, March,2020, I stayed and plan to stay almost 30 days in total and from first April, 2020 I will move and stay continuously in UK
Q: Is this impact anything in my settlement after 5 years or for my fast track option on Sep,2022 ?

3- My daughter is 17 years old and she was granted the visa as part of the family
Q: if she work part time, is this will impact her settlement in the future?

4- I have a plan to hire 2 people 2020, 4 people 2021 and 4 people 2022
Q: if this will allow me to apply for fast track settlement?

5- If I start more than one business, what is the conditions to include all as a part for my report for settlement?

No, as long as you were registered as the Director of the company (which I assume you have)

Yes, depending on exact dates, you are likely to have more than 180 days out of country in any 12 month period. But you have do the actual calculation based on the dates.

Generally not, but read the section on Independent life. The decision is not made on just any one condition but a combination of the circumstances.

Q: if this will allow me to apply for fast track settlement?

Depends, the requirement is not 10 people, it is 10 jobs. So, what they are doing has an impact unless you have all 10 working at the same time, then 10 people = 10 jobs.
Anyway, whether you qualify for the continuous stay is also something you need to check.

5- If I start more than one business, what is the conditions to include all as a part for my report for settlement?

There are no conditions. You just include it in the application form.

Yes, depending on exact dates, you are likely to have more than 180 days out of country in any 12 month period. But you have do the actual calculation based on the dates.

Based on your answer, is there any way to overcome this

if i will go for settlement on 30 September, 2024 (i will cover more than 180 days every year for the past 5 years from that date), however the 180 days will not cover only from 30 May, 2019 to 30 May 2020

Please the answer will decide either i will continue in this program or not?

You must calculate the relevant qualifying period by counting backward from
whichever of the following is most beneficial to the applicant:

I will apply for settlement on 30 Sep, 2024

from 30 Sep, 2023 to 30 Sep, 2024 ( i will stay more than 9 months)
from 30 Sep, 2022 to 30 Sep, 2023 ( i will stay more than 9 months)
from 30 Sep, 2021 to 30 Sep, 2022 ( i will stay more than 9 months)
from 30 Sep, 2020 to 30 Sep, 2021 ( i will stay more than 9 months)
from 30 Sep, 2019 to 30 Sep, 2020 ( i will stay more than 6 months)

but i granted the visa on 30 May, 2019
so from 30 May, 2019 to 30 May, 2020 ( i will not complete the six months) is this a problem?

The 180 days are calculated in ANY 365 day period. So, if you apply on 30 sept 2024, HO will look at all combinations of 365 days, not just 1 oct 2023 to 30 sep 2024, but also 30 sep 3023 to 29 sept 2024 and so on...

What do you mean by overcoming this issue ? You can get ILR under this route as long as you apply before 5th April 2025.

Whether you qualify in Sept 2024 depends on your travel pattern before that - you can qualify in Sept 2024 even but it just depends on your travel pattern for the 5 years before that.

I am not sure why you keep repeating the same thing.

You should be able to qualify for ILR in September 2024
