Tier 1 Entrepreneur to Tier 2 General

Hello all,

Urgent help needed, posting on behalf of my wife who is the main applicant.

Clarification 1: We are in the below VISA
Tier 2 General --> From April 2015 to Sep 2017 (VISA was valid till April 2020, however my wife was made redundant in office)

Tier 2 General to Tier 1 Entrepreneur (200K route) --> Applied Nov 2017 and got it on Jan 2018 to Jan 2021

Now an employer is sponsoring my wife on a Shortage occupation list code and the appointment is in monday 3-FEB, super priority application.

If we get Tier 2 visa (assuming mid of Feb), are we eligible for ILR by May/June 2020 ?

Clarification 2: The employer uploaded only my wife passport and BRP while submitting the application. Maintenance fund letter or NARIC certificate or Bank statment, etc are not uploaded and employer says they are not needed. Please suggest as we dont want the application to be rejected.

Hello All,

I got Tier 2 general VISA today and need guidance for preparing for ILR.

My VISA timelines so far:

April 2015 to Sep 2017 --> Tier 2 General (Applied Tier 2 General Nov 2017)
Jan 2018 to Feb 2020 --> Tier 1 Entrepreneur
Feb 2020 --> Mar 2021 --> Tier2 General granted

Completing 5 years in April 2020 and I have the below questions
1. When should I apply for ILR ?
2. Guidance on what all documents I should start collating ?
