ILR application- Annual leave and weekends

Hi All,

I understand that the total duration of annual leave should not be more than 30 days each year (please correct me if I'm wrong). For calculating annual leave, do they count weekends and bank holidays as well?

For example, if someone exits the UK on Friday 07/02/2020 and return on Friday 14/02/2020, is this 5 days of annual leave or 7 days (or 6/8 days, if both the beginning and end days are also considered?)
