UKVI Sole Representative Refusal Process

Post by hshahsahebi » Tue Feb 04, 2020 7:02 am

My sole representative visa application got rejected. Officer referred to paragraph 144(iii) d(1) for the refusal reason.
As you know there are many terms in paragraph 144 for sole rep. immigration rules. As my application has been rejected due to the one specific term, my question is:

Does the officer process and assess all the documents and states all the issues he finds as the refusal reason, or he will top assessing as soon as he finds an issue and will reject the application without assessing further terms and documents?

I have searched for this inquiry but wasn't successful to find an answer. Thank yu in advance and appreciate your help.

What were the reasons for refusal? Usually useful to state that if you expect any advice from an internet forum.

The reason is not important (failed to provide profit/loss report of the parent company). My question which is shown in bold in the first post says: If I submit a new application by providing proper document for the reason above, will they refuse the application due to any other reasons other except profit/loss documents? In other words, will they refuse an application as soon as they find an issue or they will process all the documents and provide all the reasons in refusal letter?

The reasons for a refusal are always important and you will get asked to post the exact refusal wording usually for members to offer advice.

If you apply again and address all the reasons for refusal then it should be ok. No one can tell you for definite as you have posted very minimal information about your circumstances and documents submitted.

Yes, you're totally right and thanks for your response. However, I need to elaborate on my question, so you'll kindly see there is no need for details about my application.

We have several regulation for sole representative as stated on UK Immigration Rules Paragraph 144. Each officer should be satisfied about all the regulations to approve the visa endorsement. Now imagine that we have the following regulations and I wasn't able to satisfy the officer for item B. Now the question is: Did the officer also assessed my documents for item C and D as well? Or because he found an issue on item B, he won't assess further and therefore he won't report item D's issue as the refusal reason?

Regulations Example
Regulation A
all documents are complete and officer will be satisfied
Regulation B
documents are not complete and officer will not be satisfied
Regulation C
all documents are complete and officer will be satisfied
Regulation D
documents are not complete and officer will not be satisfied
Regulation E
all documents are complete and officer will be satisfied

Please read my example above and let me know if I need to elaborate more on my case.

Regards
