UK Tier -2 PBS dependant visa extn within UK

Hello There,

I have relocated to UK on 2016 on Tier-2 dependant visa which was valid until 2017 based on my husband's Tier-2 Visa. I have renewed my visa in the same category on 2018 which is valid until Oct 2020.
My husband got his British passport in 2018. I still hold the Indian Passport.
I have the following queries for applying the visa extension this year:
1. Can I apply for extension of VISA for next 5 years
2. Can I apply on the same category "Tier-2 Dependant"
3. I had spent most of the time (7-8 months)in India on last 2 years . Is there any rule for applying for Visa extension that I should stay in the UK X months prior application? I couldn't find the relevant information in the guidance notes.
