Hello

How did you get your ILR? Are you married to a British? If yes, for how long?

The cost, from memory, is £1330

Wait 3 years after the caution before applying.

When you apply, don't forget to declare the caution. If you don't, it can trigger a refusal and you won't be able to apply for 10 years.

ILR for dependants

Post by haleema72 » Thu Feb 13, 2020 10:07 pm

Hi
Thank you
Can you please advise on the list of documents I am submitting for my husband and children
For husband
Passport ,BRP ,Council tax ,water ,gas bills for the last 2 years from 2018.Life in the uk and English test .
Husband employee letter and bank statement x 3 months
My Employment letter and my ILR card, my bank statement and pay slips x 3 months.
Daughter who is over 18 but still with me
University enrolment
Passport ,BRP ,Driving licence.Life in the UK and English test.
Can you advise if we need to submit
Marriage certificate and GP registration .
And the proof of sharing bias is from 2018 only as previously in rented houses his name was not there ,
is that enough to prove our cohabitation.
many thanks ,Haleema

Everything I marked in RED is NOT required. You are NOT making an immigration application. Citizenship is completely separate and different rules.

Your ilr is irrelevant to your husband's citizenship application.

Each person applying must meet the requirements individually.
