Wrong forms sent for application please help

Hi everyone,
I am EEA and my wife is from north africa . She is been here just over 5 and half years . However i wanted to apply for her a permanent residence but i just realised that i did send the FM forms instead of PR forms . Did anyone had this experience ? What will happen ? I send documents since about 4 or 5 weeks , fingepints are done , i also received letter of right to work for my wife ...

What form exactly do you mean by "FM" form?? There is no such form number.

Do you mean SET M form?

How much did you pay??

I have paid 65£
And both application cost 65£
FM means family member ( Application for a registration certificate or residence card as the family member of a European Economic Area (EEA) or Swiss national)
And PR ( Application for a document certifying
permanent residence or permanent
residence card under the EEA Regulations)
And i do beleive i should have applied for the 2nd one which is a PR .
So i dont know if the home office will reject our application or what ??!

Or simply apply for settled status under appendix EU which is free.

I dont think my wife is able to apply for this . She is just a family member of an EEA... i think i posted this comment in the wrong page?

All EEA RC card holders can apply for settled status under appendix EU. It is the process that replaces PR under the EU directives following brexit!!

Yes thank you i am aware of that and i did apply for myself online last year. I am talking about my wife who is not an EEA member ?

It applies to your wife too. It is not only for EU citizens.
