No she cannot. Long residnece ilr does not permit dependents to apply for ilr with you. Will my wife be able to apply as well at the same time?
No, but she cannot apply for ilr as a PBS dependent if you get ilr based in long residence. She has to switch to FLR M spouse visa and meet the English and financial requirements. This resets her 5 year ilr clock but when she reaches 10 years legal stay, she can then apply for ilr based on long residence if she meets all the requirements. She was been in the UK for the last 7 years. Does switching from Tier2 ICT dependent to Tier 2 General Dependent reset her clock?
Can she extend her current PBS dependent? I guess its cheaper than FLR.No, but she cannot apply for ilr as a PBS dependent if you get ilr based in long residence. She has to switch to FLR M spouse visa and meet the English and financial requirements.
No she cannot apply for any application as a PBS Dependent if you can ILR based on long residence. The rules don't allow this and has been the case since April 2014.manashchaliha wrote: ↑Thu Jan 16, 2020 11:03 amCan she extend her current PBS dependent? I guess its cheaper than FLR.
Will it reset her 10 year clock in any way?She has to switch to FLR M spouse visa and meet the English and financial requirements.
