now, i am trying to book the ceremony but i get a message saying 'Home Office reference not found' when i enter the details on the council's website. Tried calling the council office but they seem to only have an automated option when it comes to british citizenship ceremonies. does anyone know why this is happening, what to do and how to solve the issue. letter is date 13 feb 2020 so that is already 12 days out of 21 gone (even though i got the letter yesterday) ...
