Hello All

I got my ILR in DEC 2019. My wife and 1st son ILR application is still in process. I also applied for MN1 application for my 2nd child (born in UK).

I think, I can claim child benefits? I wanted to know, if I am eligible for benefits for both child or I need to wait for their application to be completed? Any link to the procedure would be helpful.

Is there any other benefit I would be eligible for? My wife has never worked.

Please guide.

You can claim child benefit for both children.

Anything else you are eligible for under universal credit depends on your earnings and personal circumstances.
