Hi To All

Can Anybody advise me for my son visa?

My Son Born in Pakistan (2009) he is now 11 years old. He Joined me in 05/08/2011 when I was on PSW Tier1 Visa.
He remains all-time on my dependant visas till I have got ILR in 2014 & Naturalization in 2016. Now He is on dependant visa 5-years family route. I was waiting for him to complete 10 years LR route in August 2020.

But Someone told me I can apply for his settlement visa on some other route which will be economical & quick.
Can I get help from forum what should I have to do for his visa? is there any other route for him or he must wait for 10 yrs?

What is the Immigration status of the other parent?

If he came to the UK in August 2011, then he doesn't qualify for 10 years ilr in 2020
He has to wait till 2021.

Sorry Typing error it was 2010. My wife (other parents) is on family visa 5 - Year route but she is planning to apply on 10-year route LR, Hopefully in August 2020.
