do we still need to provide cohabitation.
No.if still answer is yes. (would marriage certificate not be enough?)
Anything in your names, joint or addressed individually, ie HMRC letters, tenancy agreement, utility bills, council tax, TV licence etc etcplease i you could advise, what sort of cohabitation proof they need. as we do not have any join bills. or bank statements.
ILR qualification date is 24-08-2020, but she can apply 28 days before that date.
What date did she enter the UK?? Long residence ilr starts counting from date of entry to the UK not the visa issue date.
She can apply no sooner that within 28 days before 10 October 2020 provides she meets all the long residence requirements.
I have last three years electricity/gas bill would that be enough please?CR001 wrote: ↑Thu Feb 13, 2020 2:56 pmdo we still need to provide cohabitation.

You only need two years worth but you should have different sources. So bank statements, driving licence, lease agreement, council tax bill, etc. would all help. You just need to submit 2-3 pieces of evidence for every three months (as an example) during the last two year period - you do not need to submit 24 sets of each.Evicra wrote: ↑Thu Feb 27, 2020 9:34 pmI have last three years electricity/gas bill would that be enough please?CR001 wrote: ↑Thu Feb 13, 2020 2:56 pmdo we still need to provide cohabitation.

1. Please continue in your own topic.Topgift wrote: ↑Sun Mar 29, 2020 3:21 pmAdmin could you please check the information again because as you said that if any PBS migrant applies ILr on the basis of long residence dependent can not extend their visa as PBS dependent am sorry but this is incorrect. I got my ILR on the basis of long residence when I was in Tier 1 entrepreneur and my dependent got their Visa extended 5 months after my ILR for another 3 years without any issues . Which clearly means that dependents can carry on with their pBS dependent visa and no need to switch it till they qualify for ILR after completing their own qualification period.
