TIER 1 (ILR) Child registration and dependent

Hi,

By the grace of ALMIGHTY ALLAH I got ILR (Tier 1 Entrepreneur) few days ago now I want to apply for my child, he was born before ILR. my wife is my dependent and she was granted dependent visa which is going to expire in JULY 2020.

My question is what application do I need to use for my child, he is 2 years now. can I apply online? please share link. second I am confuse between Child registration and naturalisation. Please help me with required documents as well. as far as I have information from google search I found That I need MN1 form but its so lengthy, If this is the one I need to use then please guide me what document do I need to complete application.

for my wife what application do I need to use? Will she get two years or three years extension as she only need two years to complete five years? and please guide me about NHS charges.

MN1 is correct.

Naturalisation applies only to adults.

Wife may extend for 3 years, preferably before the IHS increase.

I have question for my wife extension, she was granted as a dependent visa of Tier 1 Ent. Now I got ILR recently and she need extension in June 2020, can you please advise me in which category she need to apply. can you please help me with form and online link. she came to UK in Jan 2017 and she need 02 years extension to complete 05 years.

Hi,

I am applying onlinefor my wife extension, now its asking me to pay IHS Charges for my wife , I am on ILR and my visa expiry is DEC2024, if I put this date its calculating 05 years IHS charges which is £2,000. I have advised earlier that my wife will get 03 years visa even though she need only two years visa to complete 05 years. could you please advise me what date of expiry should I select or category as well to calculate right IHS charges.

I am choosing following

Expiry date: Dec-2024
Visa Route: Tier1
Visa type: Tier 1 Entrepreneur (extension) 2 years

Put your ilr expiry date for day month 2023 to get 3 years IHS.

With due respect Can I ask one thing that is this the right way to calculate IHS charges? or have I put some information wrong? because someone said that it should calculate maximum 3 years itself. I want to make sure that i am going in the right direction.

Yes!! IHS is calculated on the expiry date of your ILR you put in. Just put an earlier date by 1 year to get the correct 3 years IHS.

Hi,

I need some calrification if someone can help me on this.

I was on entreprenure visa 50K route, granted ILR In 2019. My wife came to UK 2017 as dependent. she got extension in 2020 for further three years. my question is when she complete her 05 year residence in UK as tier 1 dependent will she go for ILR or naturalisation?

She cannot apply for citizenship unless she has ILR, which is mandatory.
