Flr FP to ILR

Hi Everyone,

I am new to this forum. I am not sure whether I am posting under correct topic or not.

I came to UK as PSW partner of my wife in March 2012
Then tier 1 entrepreneur dependant in March 2014
Tier 1 cent. Extension in May 2018.
I am in UK for 8 years in total.

My wife got ILR based on 10 years route last year.
I have to children age of 6 and 2 both got uk nationality.

My question is
If I change my Visa to FLR FP would I be able to apply for 10 years route ILR in 2 years time. (in March 2022).

Could anyone help me please.

Yes because all visas are counted towards ILR under 10 years of long residence provided you kept renewing in timely and never been outside to the UK for more than 6 months.

Yes because all visas are counted towards ILR under 10 years of long residence provided you kept renewing in timely and never been outside to the UK for more than 6 months.
