If the issue dates back to 2002, it is unlikely that ILR revocation will be considered. Also there are human rights issuessamdass123 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 10, 2020 11:46 amHi, one of my friend is on ILR but her child is a British citizen, age 11. My friend came and got FLR on false documents in 2002. Now her boss found out, they have informed the HO. can she be deported? Kndly help, what's the best solution to avoid deportation. Her husband is also on ILR as a dependent.
That is not how things work. UKVI may not even contact them or pursue them. They should live as normal unless they hear anything from UKVIsamdass123 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 10, 2020 3:57 pmThanks Zimba, for the kind help. She is very stressed out, does she need any solicitor to apply for the bail before Homeoffice police nick them? If both parents will be in prison then young girl will struggle to live. But we are out of EU now Human right issues are not considered- thats i think.
In old golden days especially before the invention of biometrics a lot of illegal immigrant used to claim ILR based on 14 years of illegal stay with the creation of several false documents on different name covering that period. Few got success but later trapped when they had to apply/renew their national passport/national identity card.samdass123 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 10, 2020 11:46 amHi, one of my friend is on ILR but her child is a British citizen, age 11. It is highly likely HO will revoke ILR as we know that after 2010 HO has been revoking ILR &Nationality which has become a normal practice hence they can dig up any small matter .Ragingtiger0309 wrote: ↑Tue Mar 10, 2020 11:46 amHi, one of my friend is on ILR but her child is a British citizen, age 11. The current hostile environment doesn't see how long have you been here.Once they know about fraud they are highly likely to take action.Nobody can predict what action they will take but certainly they will.Ragingtiger0309 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 12, 2020 11:01 amOk, so you think when she applies for BC, she will get a letter to leave the country. She has been here since 2002 and a minor child who has a British citizen. Kindly share your thoughts.
As I pointed out if the deception was a long time ago (nearly 18 years ago) then it probably will be ignored. This is repeated in many UKVI guides. As I pointed out there are human rights issues here and NO they are not related to EU (UK upholds human rights too you know)Ragingtiger0309 wrote: ↑Thu Mar 12, 2020 11:01 amOk, so you think when she applies for BC, she will get a letter to leave the country.
