Cancellation of Tier-2 Dependents Visa by Employer after Main Applicant getting ILR and leave the company

Hi,

I am new to this forum. sorry if I am repeating the question.

My current employer sponsored my visa and dependents visas which are valid till March,2021. Now I am eligible for ILR and my dependent will be eligible for ILR in February,2021( my dependents came almost one year late). I am planning to apply for ILR now and my dependents in February,2021. my questions is as follows:

If I switch my current job after getting my ILR ( assume April,2020) and my dependents will be still on Tier-2 dependent visa. can my current employer( sponsor for current visas of mine and my dependents) cancel my my Tier-2 visa. If my visa gets cancelled, are my dependents visas also will get cancelled or will be valid till it expires in March,2021? If my Tier-2 Visa gets cancelled, do I need to apply for extension of Tier-2 dependent visa?

could anyone answer my question please.

Your dependents are NOT dependent on your employer. Your tier 2 employer cannot cancel a PBS dependents visas.

Their visas remain valid If you get ilr.
