1 year ICT dependent then 4 years onTier 2 General to ILR

Hi,
I served 1 year on Tier 2 ICT dependent and then got my own Tier 2 General visa. I have now served 4 years on tier 2 general visa. I wanted to know will my 1 year Tier 2 ICT dependent time will consider if I want to file ILR (indefinite leave to remain) this year.

No. You need 5 years on tier 2 general. You cannot combine tier ICT dependent time with tier 2 general to make up 5 years for ilr.
