Tier 2 Dependant visa type and job limits (for wife)

I hold a Tier 2 General visa with COS stating that my job is in the list of shortage occupations. My wife is applying for dependant visa, and on the stage of paying for Health Surcharge her visa has been classified as Tier 2 General Shortage Occupation.

1. Does that mean that if her application is accepted, she can only work on jobs from the list of shortage occupations?

2. Are there any job limitation for Tier 2 Dependants in general (except working as a doctor or dentist)?
