Post by umer.shahzad1 » Mon Mar 30, 2020 11:40 am

Hi ,
i am eligible to apply for T1 Ent ILR for 5 years basis but due to the current issue i have to close down my store & my employees are on holidays are govt have imposed sanctions to work from home but my business sector is retail where an employee have to come to premises to do work
if this problem continues for 6 months i wont be able to claim number of hours for my employees for ILR

We do not know anything yet. It is not helpful if every applicant start their own post and ask their own questions which leads to repetition of advice and information. It also will be a moderating hell for us. Keep an eye on the this topic in the Tier 1E forum: uk-tier-1-entrepreneur-visas/impact-due ... 99365.html
