British Citizenship application outside country

Hello all,
I hope you all are doing well in these crises. I have a question regarding the naturalization application, please.
1. so I got my Ilr on 27 April 2019 and I am due to apply for my naturalization on 27 April 2020.
2. I have spent 59 days outside the country already between these 11 months.
3. Can I leave the country on 6 April and apply for a naturalization application while I am outside the UK and take the biometric date when I come back to UK.
4. I got Ilr on Long Residency. Am I supposed to write 10 years travelling history or 5 years? Please if you can help with that., I will be grateful to you all

You just apply within the UK.

Apply when you return.

You need 10 years employment history and 5 years absence history.

There is a delay with citizenship applications now as they are not priority and ukcvas centres for biometrics are now closed.
