ILR Payslip and bank statement date

Dear experts:
I submitted my ILR online application on 8/Mar/2020, and booked the appointment of standard service of UKVCAS on 8/Apr, however it is rescheduled to 20/May due to covid-19. My questions are :

1 I need to submit Your most recent payslip and bank or building society statement., which months of payslip and bank statement i need to submit ? Is the month i submit application online or the month of VKVCAS appointment?
2 I have an employee letter dated in 3/Mar, do i need to ask for a new one of recent date since the appointment is changed to May?

Your documents must be dated on or before the date you submit and pay online. Your biometric date is irrelevant.
