Hi everyone,
I have a few questions regarding the spouse visa process from within the UK, during the current situation with coronavirus lockdown.
I am currently a student on Tier 4, married my British husband on September 2019. We meet the financial requirements and have been living together for almsot two years. Currently we are filling in the appplication without help from an immigration lawyer. We will be applying from within the UK as we both reside here. We are using the UK gov website ( https://visas-immigration.service.gov.u ... 1572530226 ) to apply for the spouse Visa. Please direct me to whether or not I'm using the correct website for my circumstances.
The other thing is, once we fill all the sections of the form, where do we submit the supporting documents. Do we submit online or do we go to a centre. If so where can I find the information about these centres. I have searched many times and couldn't find a spouse visa application centre within the UK.
Also, we are a bit confused about the biometric data collection for a spouse vis within the UK. Where can I find these centres?? Do I get to see a list of these centres at the end of my application??? Are these centres still open in April because of the lockdown due to coronavirus. Also, are there any hinderance to visa applications in general for applications within UK due to the coronavirus lockdown. I hope someone can englighten me on these questions, I would really appreciate it!
Thank you.
