Clarification for dependant visa (ILR dependant / PBS Extension)

Hi,
My husband is got ILR . I am in Tier-2 depedant visa Valid till end of April. I was in India for a year for delivery. Please suggest me which visa i have to apply for myself and the child . Both of us are currently in UK.Do i need to apply for PBS dependent extension visa or ILR depedent.

On what basis did your spouse get ilr? 5 years tier 2 or 10 years long residence?

What was the start date of your current visa??

My husband got ilr on 5 year tier 2 visa
My start date was 01/09/2017

1. You apply for a PBS dependent visa. It will be a 3 year extension.

2. The absence limit does NOT count for visas issued before 11 January 2018. It only applies to visas issued after this date.
