No. Your application and documents are only submitted electronically to HO once you have attended ukcvas for identity check and biometrics.Will my application make any progress until i provide biometric?
You are free to travel but if you apply and get stuck outside the UK for an extended period and centres have reopened, you won't be able to submit your biometrics in time.I was wondering that if I make application now and if this situation drags on for a long time, it might restrict my travel in case there is any emergency (not that I am planning to travel with covid19 around)
