Applying for eu settlement scheme with 4 tier general visa

HI . My name is Elizabeth. I'm 21 years old. I am Nigerian (non-EU /EEA citizen) . I am currently living in Sweden with my family and I am completely dependant on my parents since I am not working. My grandma is an EU citizen ( she has Italian citizenship ) who lives and works in the UK. I am currently applying for 4 tier general visa to study in the uk and my grandma is my sponsor.

My question is this: Is it possible for me to apply to the EU or Eea settlement scheme as a dependent family member of an EU/eea family member if I enter the uk with a 4 tier general visa? Can I apply after just 2 or 3 months after I arrive in the uk?? Can I claim the benefits of the settlement including the right to study in uk? Since my grandma will be supporting financially there, will financial aid of just 3 months be enough to apply for the EU scheme as a dependant family member ? Will it be enough to use as proof of dependancy?

(2)What can I send as proof of dependancy since I'm aged 21? I have never lived with my granda in the same house, we previously lived in Italy but in different cities. So i can only show that she helps me financially, though my grandma isn't sending money directly to me since I don't have a bank account yet in Sweden , but to my mother to whom I am dependant on .

(4) Also is a year of financial support too short for me to apply for the EU settlement scheme family permit as a dependant family member?

You are wasting your time with this plan. I give you 1% chances.

First of all, your plan requires you to make a misrepresentation when applying for the Tier 4. You tell them and act as if you are coming to the UK to study on a Tier 4 but the goal is only to get entry before applying under an EEA route.

Anytime you hide something from the Home Office, you need to think that they have the power to make you pay for it at one point. You may think you are smarter then their casewokers and it could be true, but they processed millions of applications while you are just going to apply once. So in terms of experience with contrived plans, you ain't going to beat them.

UK already left the European Union. While EU Regulations are theoretically still in force, in practice, they are getting weaker and weaker especially anything around extended family members applications.

This is probably not what you want to hear and I am probably not the nicest person on earth, but the last thing I want is you crying here in 18 months after exhausting all your venues in the UK.

Sorry I didn't make myself clear. I actually plan to study in the UK for some years. I'm asking these questions to find the most effective way to do so. I want to apply for the EU settlement scheme as a dependent family member once I'm there to make my stay in UK less expensive so I'm looking for the best way to make it possible.
It's kind of confusing cause i posted two completely different questions but try to answer them seperately.

I understand you want to study in the UK. The Tier 4 allows you to do that but it's not an immigration visa. It allows limited work and when the studies are over, the visa expires and you need to find another route or leave the UK.

I don't believe in your plan because we are in April 2020, pretty all administrations in the UK are closed for the moment. By the time you are able to get a Tier 4 visa, come to the UK, spend enough time to qualify as a dependent of an EEA national, we will be well in 2021.

The Home Office never liked EEA nationals bringing dependent relatives. I don't see them approving an application because you came to the UK and lived with your grandmother for 3 months.

If you are legally present in Sweden and have some residence there, just keep building time towards a permanent residence/citizenship there rather than starting a new immigration path relying on system that is being deprecated.

Ok thanks. There aren't much universities that teach the course I'm applying for, so I can't remain in Sweden because I want to start uni as soon as possible.
