Minimum Salary for SoC 2139

Hi,

My current job is listed under section Table2 :: Section: 2139 here: https://www.gov.uk/guidance/immigration ... illed-work

As it shows the minimum salary for experienced worker is 31100.

I moved to the UK in 2019 January under Tier 2 VISA and my salary is 30000 since 2019 to now.

My question is, is it possible the minimum pay for experienced worker in section 2139 on this document has been updated since 2019, or there's some kind of a mistake here?

Would this be a problem when I need to extend my VISA or if I apply for IRL?

I believe there was an update in October 2019.

For an extension, you need to meet the salary stated in the SOC so yes, you need to meet the new salary, whatever it is at the time of extension.

Ilr has different salary requirements, usually higher that the SOC rate.
