Covid application question

Post by Bill1960 » Sun May 03, 2020 4:55 pm

I applied for citizenship online in February and then booked my UKVCAS appointment. The first appointment was re scheduled, as well as the second. I've received another email saying my appointment will now be rescheduled when they reopen. My questions are, what happens to my application in the HO, is it just put on hold until they receive my documents or will I have to reapply? I've not heard anything from the HO and emails only receive a generic reply. I've not had the fees refunded either. Also, will I have to get new referee forms since they were signed at the beginning of February? Thank you

On hold until you have enrolled biometrics.
I've not had the fees refunded either.
Why would you get a refund??
Also, will I have to get new referee forms since they were signed at the beginning of February?
No. The date of application and relevant to your supporting documents, is the date you submit and pay online and not your biometric appointment date.
