B1 English test

I have a B1 GESE grade 5 . But it will expired on May 2020. I am planning to apply for British citizenship on July 2020. Am I still able to use my current qualification or I must take a new one. I’m very confused about this problem, can anyone tell me what should I do please???

I am currently have a “Settlement” BRP and I’ve lived in the UK for 10 years.

What route to settlement/ILR did you take?? Hence asking for your full immigration history.
