Apply for citizenship immediately after civil partnership

Hi,

My ILR got approved around 2 months ago, my route was through a Tier 2 Visa.
Me and my british partner have decided to register as civil partners, can I apply for citizenship immediately after getting the certificate?

Yes but note that all registry office are currently closed.

You would also have to meet the 3 year citizenship requirements as the partner of a British citizen, ie less absence limit and the physically present 3 years ago etc.
