ILR long residence eligibility check

Hi Chaps,

I want to know if i have broken my continuous residency, as i need to apply for my 10 Years Long Residency and what documents exactly do i need i have been reading and hearing different things, i just need someone pointing me in the right direction.

Visa History
Student Visa Tier 4
14th December 2010 – 31st May 2012
Arrived Heathrow on 6th January 2011

Post Study Work Permit
Application allowed on 15th August 2012
Card’s validity 27th August 2012 – 16th August 2014

Entrepreneur Tier1
Applied 17th July 2014
Refused 11th August 2014
Reapplied 27th August 2014
Refused 28th October 2014
Pre-Action Protocol 19th December 2014
Allowed 29th January 2015
Card’s validity 11th February 2015 – 29th January 2018

Spouse/Partner Route
Application allowed on 20th October 2016
Card’s validity 20th October 2016 – 18th May 2019

Spouse/Partner Extension Route
Application allowed on 5th June 2019
Card’s validity 5th June 2019 – 27th December 2021

With the above, do i qualify for a 10 years long residency or have i broken anything, perhaps what documents do i need to show, apart from Life in the UK Test, my Masters Certificate ......
