Hi
I would like to calculate my payment by 4 weeks to yearly
I have contract 50h a week £9 per hour £450 a week
I believe 450 * 52= £23 400
But due coronavirus my employer put me on furlough I got only 85% £1500 per 4 weeks.
My calculating is 1500/4=£375×52=£19 500 a year.
Can you please let me know if I'm correct or not what should I do .
Thanks

Yes correct assuming you are a salaried person.

Easiest indicator is if your monthly wages stay same then it is salaried income otherwise none-salaried.

As you have a contract with fixed set of hours which means you are a salaried person where the lowest wage figure during the last 6 months will be multiplied by 12 to derive the annual income. However, if you have earned at least £18600 during the last 12 months then may voluntarily choose to apply under category B which in most cases is proved as relatively more advantageous especially for those whose wages fallen than £1550 a month.

Like I said my payment the lowest is due coronavirus furlough 85% £1500 by 4 weeks
1500/4=£375×52= £19500
Or 1500×13= £19500
1)I think this income is enough for spouse visa for salaried person?
2) before I was get payment by 2 weeks by last 3 payment it was by 4 week from 17 Feb. How many payslip I have to give them by 4 weeks and 2 weeks?

1) Correct
2) You need to attach the payslips which covers the last 26 weeks/6 months.
