Super Priority Service Refund

Hi there,

I applied for ILR using the £800 super priority service by below application timeline.

Appointment: Super priority in London Corydon on Friday 07th February at 10:30 am
Grant email received on Monday 10th February at 11:03 am.

My understanding is that the application decision was not within the 1 working day for Super Priority Service.
My question - Could I possible to get the refund for £800.00 as I haven’t received the decision within 1 working day.

Kindly advice on this above matter. Many thanks in advance.

No, you don't qualify for a refund as you got your decision on the next working day and it could have even been the END of the next working day. When did you expect to receive the decision exactly??

Hi CR001, I expected to receive the decision on Saturday. I know Saturday is not considered as working day. But Home Office is working on this day as far as I know.

If you attend the biometrics on a Friday, you get the decision on a Monday, sometimes late on a Friday if you are lucky. It is a working day, Saturday is not a working day. Super priority is also not guaranteed.
