Referee form for a ILR holder under 18

Hi

My daughter , 10 years old, holds American passport and got her UK ILR on 6th June 2019.

I am planning to apply for her British citizenship in a month's time.

Her teacher has agreed to be one of her referees and he's asked me to post the referee form at the earliest.

If someone could please provide me with correct referee form link for children below 18 that has to be filled by the referees, I would be very grateful.

The referee form, both of them, are part of the online application form. At the end you download it and print it and post to each referee.

Presumably one of the parents is also apply for citizenship.

Me and my husband (both currently on ILR as well ) will be applying for British citizenship along with my daughter.
