some countries have been out of lockdown for weeks.
when is TLS Contact resuming services and when will new applicants be able to make visa applications outside of UK.
the Home Office and TLS are not doing a good job of communicating to visa applicants and are always leaving us in the loop. sometimes i think they enjoy it.
we need to know when we can make applications especially in countries where lockdown has been eased or removed. they are just piling up applications and it’ll be overwhelming as time passes

When it comes to the management of this crisis, it's a mess. It's not just about TLS, but everything is messy. I can't even know when schools are going to open or operate normally. I don't know when my company will open its offices. We hear contradicting stories every day to the point where I stopped following as there is no point.

Nobody can tell you when they will resume operation. And even if you find an information, it may not be valid next day.

Just wait and see.

They along with their stakeholders and all similar authorities are operating under the guidelines of scientist who have been constantly monitoring the infection rate. With a view to reopen/ease out any operation the "R" rate (speed on which one infected person infect others) need to be under the predefined threshold. Due to this presentiment nothing can be predicted and most likely delays/postponement might remain to be a norm at least until the end of this year.
