Renewal of Spouse Visa

In the event of being required to apply for a First Renewal of a Spouse Visa, with self emplpyed income opportunities being decimated during this FY, has there been any dispensation announced by Home Office with regards meeting the minimum income requirement?

Havent noticed anything but maybe I've missed it.

Will all 4 nations release the trading restrictions by July 31? Also, depending on the industry, any period to be disregarded could be the period when most business is done. Not to mention the holiday season. Will be interesting to see how this pans out.
