Re: SET (O) application question query

I am eligible to submit my Set (o) application since 1st of May, but I have decided to hold on it hoping the priority and super priority services are back. My Tier 2 visa expires on 24th June 2020. My plan is to continue holding till 15th June then submit whatsoever.
My questions:
1- what do you think of my approach to wait for super priority to be back?
2- in the question related to language, I have received - what I think is- an electronic reference number and I have received a physical certificate as well from Trinity college. I have answered that I have an electronic number and provided what I have. Shall I change my answer to certificate instead?
Thank you for your help.
Priority service may not be offered for a long time given the current backlog. A paper certificate is not needed

Reporting hate crime impact on ILR processing time

Post by iyadsalti » Sat Jun 13, 2020 9:55 pm

I have reported a hate crime to police and they will start an investigation. Would this impact processing time of ILR?
Thanks

date of Payslip and Bank statement

Post by iyadsalti » Tue Jun 30, 2020 7:03 pm

Hello friends,

like many of the people on this forum, I received the Home Office email from W&S. I have replied back with the requested documents but I have noticed that they need the payslip and bank statement to be within 28 days of the application date.

I applied of the 22nd of Jun, and my latest payslip before submission date was on 22nd of May and my bank statement showing that salary was on 23rd May. Would that be a problem as it is not 28 days exactly?

I noticed also that they haven't requested our passports, and therefore, I didn't provide scanned copy of them.

Do you think I should send a second reply to their email and provide more recent, payslip, bank statement and provide passport copies? or shall I wait for them to give further instructions?

Thanks in advance,

Waiting ILR decision since 3 weeks

Post by iyadsalti » Mon Aug 10, 2020 3:06 pm

Hi all,

Was just wondering if anyone is in a similar situation, I have submitted my application on 22nd June and did my biometrics on 23rd July. I am a Tier 2 Set (O) with 4 dependents.
I noticed that most of applicants Timelines were around 2 weeks recently to get a decision. Do you advise me to do something? shall I try to follow-up to the Wandscontingency email address to make sure that no further documents are needed?

Thanks
