Spouse visa extension zero hours

Hi

My husband is due to renew his spouse visa in March 2021. I work full time and I earn the financial requirement however, I am thinking about going to university full time and stopping work. My husband earns above the requirement amount too however, I think he is on a zero hour contract. He works in a company for however many months of the year the owner is able to get work but some months he might not have any work, he would still earn way over £18,600. Will they refuse his visa as he doesn’t technically have a guarantee of any future work.

If some months he won't work then it means he won't have the relevant payslips. If you have been working continuously then may wait a bit until he obtain his visa or you combine your income with him under category B because under category A if he will have to show only his income then will need the 6 months of payslips.
